I am delighted to get in touch with you to share the news that Xabi Aburruzaga has received the Musika Bulegoa 2026 Audience Award for his album BASK. It is a pleasure to see how consistent work, artistic curiosity and talent receive the recognition they deserve.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the album, Xabi said the following (source: Radio Nervi\u00f3n):<\/p>\n

“The constant search for new music. Bask means to enjoy, to surrender yourself to the music, to the playfulness of creation, to the joy of finding something new within tradition, of writing a new path and, above all, of enjoying that process. Between those two worlds \u2014 the one that sustains me and the one that drives me forward \u2014 this album was born. Like a bridge. Like a new creation. Like a space in which to feel, to breathe and to enjoy.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
